Special PAW Welding Machine
The special PAW welding machine is mainly used for automatic welding of longitudinal seam and circular seam of the circular workpiece such as cylinder, elbow, pipe flange and so on, also for automatic welding of longitudinal seam of plate butt-join. Compared with traditional welding process, its outstanding feature is single-sided welding then double-sided forming. Different welding tooling can be selected according to different workpieces and process requirements, PAW welding single welding process can be selected, can also be combined with other welding processes to form composite welding process. The equipment is mainly composed of welding tooling, welding power source, wire feeder, welding torch, chiller, welding control system and so on. It is suitable for the welding of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, nickel, copper and their alloys. It adopts digital and intelligent welding control system to realize efficient automatic welding.

The special PAW welding machine rarely chooses the single welding process of PAW, and generally chooses composite welding process combined with TIG or SAW. The PAW welding process is used for back welding to achieve the effect of single-sided welding and double-sided forming, and then TIG or SAW welding process is used for filler wire cover welding. It is rare to form composite welding process with other welding processes.
The market demand for this equipment is not small, but the welding tooling is different and the configuration is different, so it is impossible to make stock in advance. It can only be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the technical agreement after signing the contract, and the delivery time is undetermined.
