HRZL-H beam assembling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to assembling H beam, the spot welding is performed after the workpiece is precise positioning clamped by the flange clamping wheel, web clamping wheel and pressure wheel. Flange & web clamping has two structures for choose, namely hydraulic left & right synchronous centering and manual adjustment combined with hydraulic adjustment, the web clamping wheel adopts the structural form of multi-group arrangement at the front and back and the combination of upper and lower layers, which makes the positioning more precise and can eliminate the phenomenon of tail wagging. The speed of assembling is stepless adjustable by frequency conversion, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

Automatic spot welding function with gas shielded welder can be selected according to actual needs to further improve the production efficiency.

The H beam assembling machine is used by steel structure manufacturers to assembling T beam and H beam. First, the flange and web are assembled into T beam, and then the T beam and the flange are assembled into H beam. This equipment can assembly the web off-center H beam and H beam with variable cross-section.

The equipment is divided into standard type, heavy duty type and super heavy duty type. Among them, the standard type is the best-selling type, followed by the heavy duty type, these two types are produced in long-term cycle, and generally have inventories or semi-finished products. There is very little market demand for super heavy duty type, and it is made now according to orders, which generally require production cycle of 25-30 days.
