HRXZL-box beam assembling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to assembling box beam, after the base plate and vertical plate are pre-positioning by the auxiliary positioning & centering device installed on the ground, the workpiece is precise positioning & clamping by the downward press device and the sideward press device on the frame, and then spot welding is performed. The positions of the auxiliary positioning & centering device, the downward press device and the sideward press device can be adjusted to suitable workpieces of different size. The workpiece does not move and the frame moves, and the workpiece is clamped in sections and then spot welding, compared with the method that the workpiece moves and the frame does not move, the positioning is more precise. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

The box beam assembling machine is used by steel structure manufacturers to assembling U beam and box beam, combine the box beam base plate, box beam vertical plate and box beam cover plate into U beam and box beam, the workpiece does not move, and the frame moves in sections to clamping and spot welding the workpiece. Considering that the market demand for box beam is not very large, and the equipment investment cost is not low, the general manufacturers still use traditional manual assembling to produce small number of box beam, and it is more efficient and economical to use this equipment for mass production of box beam.

The equipment has two models: 12 model and 15 model, the 12 model is more popular, the 12 model is generally in stock, the 15 model is made now according to orders, and the production cycle is about 20 days.
