HRPZ-Fit-up Assembling Rotator

HRPZ-fit-up assembling rotator is mainly used for paired assembly between the cylinders and between the cylinder and the head, and it is divided into two models: steel roller model and long shaft roller model. The steel roller type adopts the structure of eighteen steel rollers in a row, and the six drive steel rollers are connected by couplings, the long shaft roller type adopts the structure of three long shaft rollers in a row, and the two drive long shaft rollers are connected by a coupling, and equipped with auxiliary rollers to support the drive long shaft roller to avoid bending deformation caused by long-term use. Both models use the drive roller to drive the cylinder to rotate to adjust the relative position between the cylinders, which are only suitable for light cylinders. The standard model is fixed center distance model, if the diameter of the cylinder exceeds the diameter range of the standard model, adjustable center distance model can be selected. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and cordless remote controller control, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

The mechanical structure and working principle of the fit-up assembling rotator are completely different from those of the hydraulic fit-up assembling rotator, the relative position between the cylinders is adjusted by driving the cylinder to rotate through the drive roller to facilitate the cylinder assembly. Although the structure is simple, it is especially suitable for the assembly of light and thin-walled cylinders. It is the first choice for steel & FRP double-deck oil tank manufacturers to assembling cylinders and heads.

The fixed long shaft roller model has better sales than other models, and it has been in stock for long time, while the other models are made now according to the orders, which takes about 10-15 days to produce.
