HRPT-rotary spraying trolley is mainly used for spraying FRP on steel oil tanks, which is mainly composed of drive rotary trolley, driven rotary trolley, spraying trolley, electrical control system and so on. The rotary trolley drives the workpiece to rotate and the spraying trolley drives the spray gun to move for spraying, use the method of rotating while moving for spiral spraying, the uniform speed of workpiece rotation and spray gun movement ensures the stability of spraying. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and cordless remote controller control, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

The rotary spraying trolley is the most core equipment in the steel & FRP double-deck oil tank production line, use this equipment to carry out the most core FRP spraying process. The standard configuration is one set spraying trolley with one set rotary trolley. In order to improve production efficiency, the configuration of one set spraying trolley with two sets rotary trolleys is generally used, and the configuration of one set spraying trolley with four sets rotary trolleys can also be used.

There is one model of this equipment, which can meet the spraying needs of most oil tanks, and is in stock for long time. Non-standard models can be customized if there is need for spraying ultra-long and ultra-heavy oil tanks.
