The pipe & plate integrated fiber laser cutting machine can cut both the plate and the pipe with high precision, it adopts the one-piece frame machine bed structure of the main machine tool for cutting plate and the auxiliary machine tool for cutting pipe and the configuration of open single table, it can also be equipped with half-enclosed cover for the pipe auxiliary machine tool according to actual production needs. At first, limited by the specifications of the pneumatic chuck, the size of the pipe that can be cut is small. With the maturity of the pneumatic chuck manufacturing technology, the specifications of the pneumatic chuck are getting larger and larger, and the size of the pipe that can be cut is also getting larger, but due to the fact that the price of large size pneumatic chuck is very expensive, considering all aspects, the general pipe & plate integrated fiber laser cutting machine only uses small size chuck and low power lasers to cut plates and pipes.
Like the single table fiber laser cutting machine, the best-selling models are 3015 model and 6015 model, but considering that the overall sales volume is far lower than that of the single table fiber laser cutting machine, therefore, only semi-finished products are generally available, and it takes about 7-10 days for assembly and debugging, while the other models generally need 20-30 days for production.
