HRJZ-H Beam Straightening Machine
HRJZ-H beam straightening machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to straightening H beam, the H beam flange will bending deformation during the welding heating process, and this equipment needs to be used for straightening. There are mechanical straightening model and hydraulic straightening model for choose, mechanical straightening model suitable for light steel, and hydraulic straightening model suitable for heavy steel. The mechanical straightening model is downward pressure type, and the motor & reducer drives the pressure roller to downward for straightening, the hydraulic straightening model is divided into two structural forms: downward pressure type and upward peak type, the downward pressure type adopts the hydraulic cylinder to drive the pressure roller to downward for straightening, the upward peak type adopts the hydraulic cylinder to drive the drive roller to upward for straightening. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

The H beam straightening machine is used by steel structure manufacturers to straightening H beam. The downward pressure type uses the straightening wheel to press down for straightening, the roller table is fixed type. The upward peak type uses the main roller to go up for straightening, and the roller table is hydraulic lifting type. The upward peak type is slightly more difficult to operate than the downward pressure type, and the equipment price is higher than that of the same type of the downward pressure type. Therefore, the market acceptance of the upward peak type is not as good as that of the downward pressure type.
The 40 mechanical downward pressure type and the 60 hydraulic downward pressure type are the best-selling models, and they are always in stock. The other models are made now according to the orders, and the production cycle usually takes 25-30 days.
