HRHW-H Beam Horizontal Welding Production Line
HRHW-H beam horizontal welding production line is based on the similar products abroad and our own experience in research and develop H beam production line equipment for many years, in response to the market demand, therefore, an ideal equipment especially suitable for mass production of light H-beams is launched.
The production line is divided into 4 stations, firstly, the end assembly is performed by the horizontal end assembly machine, then the front side submerged arc welding is performed by the front welding machine, and then the workpiece is turned 180° by the hydraulic overturning machine, and finally the back side submerged arc welding is performed by the rear welding machine. Adopt the welding method that the workpiece is placed horizontally, the welding torch does not move and the workpiece moves, and the two weld seams at both ends of the H beam are welded at the same time, which reduces the bending deformation of the workpiece caused by welding heat.
This production line adopts technologies such as horizontal end assembling, horizontal welding and single arc double wire welding, compared with the traditional H beam welding production line, the welding thermal deformation is smaller, the degree of automation and production efficiency are higher.

The H beam horizontal welding production line is an ideal equipment for mass production of light H-beam, it adopts horizontal end assembly technology and welds after horizontal assembly. First weld the weld seam at the connection between the web and the two flanges, and then turn over the workpiece and weld the weld seam at the connection between the other side of the web and the two flanges, which is different from the welding method of the traditional H beam production line. In some countries, light H beam only requires the welding seam at the joint between one side of the web and two flanges, so this welding production line is the best choice.
The welding production line is expensive and the market demand is very small, so it will not be prepared in advance, and it will be made now after signing the contract. Generally, it will take 50-60 days for the production cycle.
