HRGZ-rib plate assembling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to assembling and welding box beam rib plate. First overturning the worktable to horizontal position, hoisting rib plate to be assembled on the worktable, adjust the position of the positioning baffle and the pressing mechanism according to the size of the rib plate to be assembled, then press the workpiece through the air cylinder, overturning the worktable to suitable welding angle, and welding the front side, after welding the front side, continue to overturning the worktable to suitable welding angle and then welding the back side, after welding completed, overturning the worktable to horizontal position, release the air cylinder and unloading the assembled and welded workpiece. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.

Extended Description

The rib plate assembling machine is used by the steel structure manufacturer to positioning and clamping the box beam rib plate for welding. After the front side is welded, the box beam rib plate is turned over and the back side is welded. Although it is more efficient to use this equipment to welding box rib plate, the market demand for box beam is not large, so general manufacturers still use the traditional manual assembling and welding method, only steel structure manufacturers that produce box beam in large quantities will use this equipment.

There are two models of this equipment, the 12model is commonly used model, and its sales volume is higher than that of the 15 model. However, the overall market demand for this equipment is not large, so it will not prepare inventory, it will be made now after signing the contract, and the production cycle is about 10 days.
