HRGS-gantry CNC flame & plasma multi-head strip cutting machine is mainly used for steel structure manufacturers to cut various steel plates. Equipped with both CNC flame cutting torch, CNC plasma cutting torch and straight flame cutting torch, which can meet the cutting needs of strip plates and various special-shaped plates at the same time. The standard model is fixed structure of the straight flame cutting torch beam, and the electric lifting function of the straight flame cutting torch beam is optional, which avoids the separate height adjustment of each set of straight flame cutting torch and significantly improves the production efficiency.

This product can be customized by choosing different guide rail center distance, guide rail length and different number of cutting torches according to actual needs. In addition, double flame cutting torch, triple flame cutting torch, powder spraying & marking device, automatic height controller and drilling device are optional to meet diversified production needs.

The gantry CNC flame & plasma multi-head strip cutting machine is mainly used by steel structure manufacturers to cuting strip plates in large quantities, and the cutting demands of special-shaped plates are gradually being met by fiber laser cutting machines.

The best-selling model has four guide rail center distances, namely 3 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters and 6 meters. Generally, it is equipped with 7, 9, 11 or 13 straight flame cutting torches, the number of CNC flame cutting torches is 1 set or 2 sets, plasma cutting torch is an optional item. These four models are produced in long-term cycle, and stocks and semi-finished products are available for long time. If the required configuration is different from that in stock, semi-finished products can be used for assembly and debugging according to different configurations at any time, and the delivery time is 3-5 days. The other models generally require production cycle of 10-25 days.
