HRDC-Desktop CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting Machine
HRDC-desktop CNC flame & plasma cutting machine is widely used in the high-precision metal sheet cutting industry. The effective cutting range is not as large as the gantry CNC flame & plasma cutting machine, but the cutting accuracy is better than the gantry CNC flame & plasma cutting machine. The equipment is the ideal equipment for thermal cutting metal sheet. It can generate cutting programs by nesting software according to drawing requirements, and controlled by CNC system to cutting various parts with complex shapes.
The equipment adopts integrated bed structure with compact and beautiful appearance, integrating high speed, precision and miniaturization, and the built-in ventilation system can effectively absorb the dust generated by cutting, which greatly improves the working environment, equipped with waste collection trolleys placed at the bottom of the machine tool to facilitate the cleaning of cutting waste, intelligent cutting control system realizes high-efficiency and high-precision automatic cutting.
The equipment adopts desktop gantry structure, and the worktable is the overall surrounding type. Universal balls are installed around the worktable and positioning baffles are installed on the side of the worktable to facilitate the loading and positioning of the plates. It adopts high-precision and high-response servo motor with high-precision precision planetary reducer drive, high-precision rack and gear and linear guide transmit to ensure high precision. There are shock-absorbing anchor bolts installed at the bottom of the machine tool to adjust the level of the machine tool, and it has a shock-absorbing effect, which can effectively prevent the impact of external force on the ground and affect the machine tool. The equipment has the advantages of convenient installation, simple operation and stable and reliable operation.
Because the equipment adopts integrated bed structure, and flame cutting will generate a lot of heat, long-term use of flame cutting will greatly increase the possibility of deformation of the machine tool, so this equipment generally only chooses plasma cutting function, and rarely chooses flame cutting function. If must choose the flame cutting function, generally choose water bed worktable to avoid deformation of the machine tool caused by the large amount of heat generated by flame cutting.
The desktop CNC flame & plasma cutting machine and the gantry type have their own characteristics. The gantry type has the advantages of larger processing area, more cutting torch sets that can be equipped at the same time, higher cutting efficiency and so on, while the desktop CNC flame plasma cutting machine has the advantages of compact equipment structure, convenient installation and move machine, higher cutting precision and so on.
The equipment can be equipped with laser cutting function. Generally, lower power laser is selected to achieve the effect of one machine with multiple functions, so that precision sheet metal cutting has higher precision and faster speed.
