HRZL-H beam assembling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to assembling H beam, assembling speed can be adjusted by frequency changer. After positioning and clamping the workpiece by hydraulic system (hydraulic station, hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder), manual or automatic spot welding can be carried out. The clamping of the flange and web is synchronously centered by hydraulic pressure or manual adjustment combined with hydraulic adjustment. The front and rear multi groups of web guide wheels are arranged, and the upper and lower layers are combined to position the web more accurately, and can eliminate the phenomenon of tail wagging. The equipment can assemble H beam quickly and accurately, with the characteristics of simple operation and high degree of automation.
