HRXZL-box beam assembling machine is the special equipment for box beam manufacturers to assembling U beam and box beam. It is mainly composed of electric moving portal frame, downward press device, downward press device moving mechanism, sideward press device, sideward press device lifting mechanism, auxiliary positioning & centering device, hydraulic system, electric control system and other components. The workpiece is clamped in sections by the way that the workpiece does not move and the main machine moves, after workpiece clamped, spot welding manually. Compared with the way the workpiece moves and the main machine does not move, the positioning is more accurate.
