HRXBS-cantilever gas-shielded welding (back welding) machine is the special equipment used by box beam manufacturers for gas-shielded welding of box beam that have been set up. Single arc single wire is usually used for gas-shielded welding of box beam, and double arc double wire is also used for welding. It is mainly composed of electric moving frame, automatic gas-shielded welder, slide plate, lifting arm, guide device, electric control system and other components. The moving speed of the frame can be adjusted by frequency changer to meet the needs of different welding speed. Two sets of lifting arms and sliding plates are installed on the cross beam, gas shielded welding wire feeder is installed on the middle of the lifting arm, and guide device is installed on the bottom of the lifting arm. Through the motor and transmission device, the lifting arm can move up and down, left and right, so as to better adjust and control the position of the welding torch, so as to adapt to the welding of different specifications. After setting the relevant parameters, one key starts. It is an automatic welding equipment with simple operation, convenient, highly efficiency and high automation.
