HRXBR-cantilever electroslag welding machine is the special equipment for box beam manufacturers to welding the middle ribbed slab of box beam. Vertical electroslag welding is used to welding the middle ribbed slab firmly with the surrounding steel plate. There are two kinds of electroslag welding: filament electroslag welding and consumable nozzle electroslag welding. Filament electroslag welding has high efficiency and low cost, but the investment of equipment is high. While consumable nozzle electroslag welding has less investment, but the efficiency is low and the cost is high. Filament electroslag welding is suitable for large-scale box beam production, and consumable nozzle electroslag welding is suitable for small batch box girder production.
