HRHB-welding positioner is a standard tilting welding positioner. It is mainly composed of pedestal, worktable, overturning mechanism, rotating mechanism, and so on. The workpiece fixed on worktable can reach the required welding angle by overturn of worktable, then the worktable is rotated to drive the workpiece to rotate for welding. The rotating speed of worktable can be adjusted stepless by frequency conversion to meet the welding requirements of different workpieces in order to achieve the purpose of automatic welding. It has the advantages of practicability, reliability, smooth rotation and easy operation.
