HRZD-Hydraulic Fit-up Assembling Rotator
HRZD-hydraulic fit-up assembling rotator is mainly used for the grouping between cylinders, and it is divided into two models: translational model and jacking model. The translational model adjusts the relative position between the cylinders by adjusting the center distance of the rollers, which is suitable for light cylinders, the jacking model adjusts the relative position between the cylinders by adjusting the center height of the rollers, which is suitable for both light and heavy cylinders.
The equipment is mainly composed of electric moving welding rotator, hydraulic jacking device, hydraulic rotator, hydraulic system, electrical control system and so on. According to different cylinder assembly requirements, the hydraulic rotator has two structures of fixed type and electric moving type for choose, the hydraulic jacking device can be independent or installed inside the hydraulic rotator. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and cordless remote controller control, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
The hydraulic fit-up assembling rotator can be used alone, after all cylinders are grouped together, then enter the welding process, or it can be used in conjunction with the welding column & boom manipulator, and the cylinders grouping and SAW welding are performed simultaneously.

Due to the various requirements for the assembly of the cylinder, the configuration of the hydraulic fit-up assembling rotator is also various. If the cylinder to be fit-up is always single-section cylinder, the hydraulic rotator adopts fixed type. If the cylinders to be fit-up are of different lengths, the hydraulic rotator must be electric moving type. If the cylinder is very long, the number of electric moving welding rotator can be increased according to actual production needs.
Due to the variety of equipment configurations, it is impossible to make and prepare goods in advance, they are all made according to the requirements of the technical agreement after signing the contract, the delivery time is 20-30 days.
