HRZF-piano key longitudinal seam welding machine cooperates with automatic welder, the piano key presses the workpiece and the welding torch moves to realize the automatic welding of the longitudinal seam of the thin-walled cylinder. There are fixed model and lifting model for choose, the fixed model is suitable for workpieces with smaller diameter, and the lifting model is suitable for workpieces with larger diameter. In addition, movable lifting trolley can be selected to facilitate loading and unloading of workpieces. According to different workpieces and process requirements, different welding processes can be selected. While the wall thickness of the cylinder is very thin, the welding process of MIG/MAG or TIG is usually used, but PAW or K-TIG welding process can also be selected to achieve the welding effect of single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The SAW welding process, which is suitable for welding thick-walled cylinders, will not be used.
